Nemesis Athletics Lil Crushers Developmental Skill Training program at Stonebridge Church in the Woodlands/Spring Texas area. This will be grades K-4th grade only. These kids will get fundamental basketball skill training and also scrimmage as teams The cost is $20 per session Classes will be 1 hour in length. See the schedule page for listings. Included in this skills training program is the basketball training focus on ball handling, proper shooting form, free-throw shot, jump shot, left hand and right hand layups, footwork, passing, spacing on the court, working to get open, post moves, recognizing game patterns, live situational work, offensive and defensive principals along with fundamental basketball concepts.
